1. The festival will be held downtown Poteau on Dewey Avenue. Vendors will set up downtown on Dewey.
2. Set up time can be Friday night after 5pm or Sat from 7am to 9am. NO VEHICHLES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE STREET AFTER 9AM OR BEFORE 5PM. Security will be on hand Friday Night.
3. Charge for craft vendors will be $60.00 for the 2 days. Food Vendors will be $75.00.
All booth sizes will be 10’x12’. Church youth groups and Civic Organizations that work games will not be charged.
4. Space will be assigned on a first sign-up basis. There are very few electric set ups. Please let us know if you need electric. This will be assigned on a first sign up basis.
5. Volunteers from the Poteau Main Street will be available to assist you
6. The festival is organized as a public service and Poteau Main Street Matters, Inc., its employees, volunteers and city of Poteau assume no liability for an personal injury, property damage or loss of any kind . Participation is at the risk of the participants.
Other activities will be a games for kids, casting for cash, live music in the pocket park/street dance Sat night,archery contest,Camo fashion show, photo contest,turkey calling contest,fishing tournament, and more to come
